Paula Abdul, no longer an “Idol” judge

When the new season of American Idol resumes, Paula Abdul will no longer be one of the judges.
The announcement was made by Paula Abdul on her official Twitter page and said that she won’t be returning to the higly popular show.
“With sadness in my heart, I’ve decided not to return to IDOL. I’ll miss nurturing all the new talent, but most of all being a part of a show that I helped from day 1 become an internation phenomenon,” Abdul said.
Abdul’s statement was confirmed by Fox and the companies that produces the show.
“Paula Abdul has been an important part of the ‘American Idol’ family over the last eight seasons and we are saddened that she has decided not to return to the show,” the statement said. “While Paula will not be continuing with us, she’s a tremendous talent and we wish her the best.”
Meanwhile, the other “American Idol” judge Kara DioGuardi, will be back on the show next season as confirmed by Idol official last Monday.
