Lady Gaga would always find her way in the headlines… in more ways than one.

This time, “Ex-boyfriend sues Lady Gaga for $35 million” shouts out loud and bold in the CNN news.

Songwriter-producer Rob Fusari sued the pop star for $35 million claiming he was ditched after the singer became famous. TheĀ  ex-boyfriend said he transformed Stefani Germanotta into “Lady Gaga” and switched her rock riffs into dance beats to give her songs commercial appeal.

Lady Gaga, one of the world’s hottest recording acts, won two Grammys this year for her debut album.

Fusari’s lawsuit also explained Lady Gaga’s stage name, which came by accident. He received a text message on his cell phone which was supposed to read “Radio Ga Ga,” named after the Queen song. However, it was changed by the spell check on his cell phone to “Lady GaGa.” He said, “Germanotta loved it and Lady Gaga was born.”

Lady Gaga’s published reaction on the lawsuit, “We have no comment.”
