Kendra Wilkinson fights to stop release of sex tape

Since I am not really frequenting the “men’s world” of women models and sexy stars, the name Kendra Wilkinson doesn’t really ring a bell. But from what I gather in the news, Kendra Wilkinson was a former Playboy Playmate, have posed nude in photos and was once a live-in girlfriend of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner.
So, is it surprising now that she has a sex tape, and this would be released this month by Vivid Entertainment.
Kendra Wilkinson is fighting to stop the release of the sex tape which was said to have been made before she became famous.
In her attempt to stop the release of the sex video, Kendra’s lawyer Yael E. Holtkamp has written to the company telling them to “cease and desist” making the footage public.
“The video is private and highly confidential taken for private use and not for public disclosure,” a letter to Vivid Entertainment apparently reads. “Any exploitation of the video would be a gross violation of Miss Wilkinson’s constitutional and common law rights of privacy.”
However, Vivid CEO and founder Steve Hirsch is convinced his company has the legal right to bring it out.
He said: “After reviewing our legal position we remain confident of our right to distribute the video. Thus Vivid.Com plans to release Kendra Exposed within the next several weeks.”
It looks like Kendra Wilkinson, who is now married to American footballer Hank Baskett with whom she has a four-month old son named Hank Bakett IV, will be losing the legal.
